Sharing supper and stories

Sharing supper and stories

Sharing Supper and Stories from Around the World
Monday, January 30, 2023 - 5:00pm

Trent International, Trent Peer Support, and the Seasoned Spoon invite you to a potluck!

Please bring a dish that means something to you. It might remind you of home, bring you comfort, and come from your place of origin, or from your ancestry.

We will be sharing short stories about the food we bring to share: what is the key ingredient? why does it remind you of home? when would this dish be cooked typically? how easy was it to find the ingredients in Peterborough and where did you find them?

Please bring one dish to share, or cook with a friend and come together!

We look forward to connecting through food and stories with you!

We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals to engage fully. Please email spoonvolunteers@gmail.com by Jan. 23rd, to request an accommodation or for inquiries about accessibility.
