In this workshop we will learn all about Microgreens from an experienced grower and small-scale farm operator! This workshop will cover: basic setup, choosing seed varieties, general care, harvesting, storage, and timing. We will sample some Microgreens and have a chance to ask lots of questions. We will go home ready to start growing greens in our own homes all winter long!
