Join us at the Spoon for a fun evening of chopping, brining, and community as we learn the traditional way to make (vegan) kimchi. Jacquie, from Sonyo Food Co. will be coming from out of town with her Grandmother's traditional recipe for Korean Kimchi. Many of the ingredients we will use were grown at the Trent Vegetable Gardens.

This workshop is hands-on, and you will be invited to chop, mix and brine. Each participant is invited to bring their own 1 litre jar so they can bring some home with them.
