Fermented Fizzy Drinks

Fermented Fizzy Drinks

Fermented Fizzy Drinks
Monday, November 17, 2025 - 5:00pm

Join us at the Spoon, Monday, November 17th from 5-7pm for a workshop facilitated by long-time Spoon staff member, Oscar Jimenez Hernandez.

We will be taste testing various flavours of kombucha and ginger beer and learning all about how to continue fermenting fizzy drinks right in our own homes. Each participant will go home with a fizzy drink-kit so they can get started right away.

Kombucha and Ginger Beer are delicious and full of health-giving properties. They are tangy and full of flavour, some people say similar to pop. These drinks are great for gut-health and will be a wonderful gift to share with friends and family over the holidays!

This workshop is $5 and registration is required here.
